Mezcal Amarás

Fresh-cut herbs and gentle smoke lead, with bright citrus and the sweet vegetal character of ripe Espadín agave underneath. Made from eight-year-old Espadín using artisanal methods, the palate is approachable but not simple: soft sweetness gives way to earthy agave, green herbs and a measured smoky edge. The texture is smooth and rounded, while citrus keeps the finish lively. A versatile mezcal to sip neat, serve over a large cube or use in a Margarita where its herbal profile remains clear.
