Meteoro

Fresh herbs and bright citrus lead the nose, with earthy agave and a restrained ribbon of smoke underneath. The palate is dry and vibrant, combining fruit, green spice and mineral depth with a softer, rounded texture. Espadín gives the spirit a clear agave character, while traditional Oaxacan production contributes savoury warmth without turning the profile heavy. The finish is clean and gently smoky, carrying herbs, earth and sweet spice. Serve neat in a copita or use in a Mezcal Negroni.
