Sauvignon Blanc came from Rosebud and Talcott vineyards in Washington’s Wahluke Slope. Fermentation took place in stainless steel, followed by four months in a combination of eighty-nine percent stainless steel and eleven percent seasoned barriques. The finished wine is bone dry.

Pinot Gris came from Ancient Lakes Vineyard in Washington State. The juice fermented for eight weeks in stainless steel; nineteen percent completed fermentation in seasoned puncheons. The wine then spent four months on fine lees before blending and bottling. Alcohol is 13 percent.
