Gentian, wormwood and quinine give the palate structure, while bitter orange peel and savoury herbs add citrus lift and aromatic detail. More fruit-driven than a deeply caramelized bitter, it finishes dry, herbal and persistent. Serve over ice with an orange peel, lengthen with soda, or use in an Americano-style cocktail.
