Massolino

Bright straw in colour, the wine has fine, persistent bubbles and fresh fruit with sage and mint. The palate is expansive and enveloping without excessive sweetness, while acidity keeps the profile balanced through a long finish. Moscato provides the full composition. Grapes come from calcareous soils around Serralunga d’Alba, and fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless-steel tanks.
