Mád Wine was the later name of Szent Tamás Winery, founded in the Tokaj village of Mád in 2008. The winery worked roughly twenty hectares across sites including Szent Tamás, Kővágó and Percze, and bought grapes from village growers for its broader Mád range. Furmint, Hárslevelű and Sárgamuskotály were its principal grapes, made into dry, late-harvest and aszú wines. The winery ceased operating in 2024.
