Maculan

Deep gold opens with acacia honey, dried apricot, candied fig and orange peel. Saffron, toasted almond and a touch of salty toffee add depth. Full-bodied and silky, the palate is rich without becoming syrupy, as bright acidity keeps the fruit sharply defined. Zesty lime and papaya carry the long, clean finish.
