Los Danzantes

Cooked agave and sweet cereal notes open the nose, followed by dried corn, leather and a light touch of smoke. The palate is rounded by oak, bringing vanilla, lime and gentle sweetness together with herbal agave and warm spice. Reposado maturation adds polish without covering the spirit's earthy Oaxacan character. The finish is long, dry and delicately smoky, carrying leather, herbs, vanilla and a faint peat-like note. Serve neat in a copita at room temperature.

Leather and ripe strawberry open an arresting nose, followed by green herbs, pine and a clean thread of smoke. The palate is full and energetic at still strength, with pineapple bringing brightness before musk, bitter caramel and cedar add depth. Made from Espadín agave and rested in glass before bottling, it shows both intensity and control. The finish is warm and persistent, carrying smoke, herbs and gentle chile heat.
