AboutLindemans
Lindemans traces its brewing life to 1822, when Joos Vandenbosch married Francisca Vandersmissen, daughter of the farming family at Hof ter Kwadewegen in Vlezenbeek. Six generations later, cousins Dirk and Geert Lindemans run the family brewery.
At the historic Vlezenbeek brewery in the Senne valley, wort is cooled in open vessels during the cooler months to pick up local yeasts. The lambic then ferments spontaneously and matures in large oak vats. A second facility opened in nearby Ruisbroek in 2022, adding space for fermentation and experimentation.
Lindemans Pêcheresse Peach Lambic
Ripe peach gives this fruit lambic a generous orchard-fruit character, balanced by a delicate line of traditional lambic tartness. The palate is bright, rounded and lightly sparkling, with the fruit remaining clear through the refreshing finish. Its balance leans gently sweet without losing acidity or lift. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or pair with fresh goat cheese, glazed pork, fruit tarts, vanilla desserts or lightly spiced dishes.
