Canadian White
Made in Nova Scotia, this aromatic white blend brings ripe Asian pear, lychee and white peach together with lilac and violet. The palate is light-bodied, softly rounded and off-dry, with bright acidity and a graceful fruit-and-floral finish. L’Acadie, Petite Milo, Seyval, Geisenheim and Siegerrebe form the blend, and fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel.

Canadian Red
Juicy plum and dark raspberry meet herbaceous notes and tart cassis. The palate is soft, with very light tannins and a saline finish. Léon Millot, Petite Pearl and Marquette make up the blend. Part of the fruit undergoes carbonic fermentation before a brief rest in stainless steel. Serve with a light chill alongside sausages or charcuterie.

Canadian Sparkling
Delicate red berries and rhubarb galette lead, layered with white pepper, subtle truffle and savoury herbs. The palate echoes the aromatics with gentle spice and earthy nuance, held in a dry, balanced frame. Fine persistent bubbles and a creamy mousse give the wine textural elegance, while bright maritime acidity carries the graceful finish. Serve with snow crab, charcuterie or soft cheeses.
