Liber Farm & Winery

Whole-berry fermentation and extended maceration are used for Cabernet Franc cultivated on a gently sloping, west-facing mountainside. The wine spends sixteen months in French oak. Wild sage, berries and spice appear with raspberry jam, wet stone and cherry, while the structure is balanced and the tannins are supple. The wine comes from British Columbia’s Similkameen Valley.
