La Rogerie is the Champagne estate of Justine and François Petit-Boxler, bringing her family’s Avize vineyards together with his Alsatian winegrowing background. They began the project in 2015 and made their first vintage from the estate’s own grapes in 2018. The domaine works 2.8 hectares, centred on Avize and including a tiny parcel of vines planted in 1937 at neighbouring Cramant.
Harvesting is by hand, and the domaine buys no outside grapes. Cellar work includes fermentation in wood and a perpetual reserve begun in 2018.

Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles, opening on white peach, lemon curd, toasted brioche and white flowers. The palate is rounded and creamy, layering Golden Delicious apple, wet stone and chalk over excellent natural acidity. Salinity and soft umami shape the smooth, bone-dry finish, with gentle apple-skin bitterness adding definition.
