Kühling-Gillot

Cherries, raspberries and plums form a bright fruit profile, joined by light peppercorn. Limestone and loess are also noted. The Pinot Noir is light to medium in body, with fine tannins marked by black tea and a firm framework. The wine is dry, carries thirteen percent alcohol and spent nineteen months in barrique. It is certified organic under the European Union standard.
