Roasted pecan, floral oak and melted butter open the nose, with tangy citrus peel giving the aroma lift. The palate is softly smoky rather than heavily peated, layering coffee and damp forest floor with anise and fresh mint. Mizunara oak adds an aromatic, gently spicy frame around the smoke. Cassia and cola notes emerge toward the finish, followed by a darker thread of spiced fruit compote. The close is warming, earthy and dry, with smoke and oak lingering in measured balance. Serve neat or with a few drops of water.
