J&G Grant, the family company behind Glenfarclas, blends and bottles the Lismore range. In 2004 it acquired William Lundie and Company, which had launched Lismore in 1978.
Named after the Inner Hebridean island, Lismore includes Speyside single malts and blended Scotch at several ages. The distillery that supplies its Speyside single malt is not disclosed.

Stewed apple, apricot and floral honey open with roasted nuts and light toffee. The palate is rounded and easy-going, bringing orchard fruit and vanilla custard into balance with baking spice and a quiet malty note. Gentle sweetness is checked by drying oak and a faint trace of smoke. The finish is soft and composed, leaving apple, honey, nuts and warm spice.

Scottish Whisky
Floral notes open with chocolate, toffee and warm cinnamon. The palate is broad and mouth-filling, bringing ripe fruit and honey-roasted nuts into balance with old oak and chewy caramel. A softer butterscotch note builds through the middle. The finish is long and warming, leaving caramel, roasted nuts, dark fruit and a gentle trace of spice.
