Jefferson's

Caramel, vanilla and toffee lead the nose, joined by toasted oak, citrus peel and a touch of leather. The palate is full-bodied and polished, with brown sugar, maple and dried fruit balanced by warm baking spice and firm oak. Blending a small selection of mature barrels gives the bourbon substantial mid-palate weight without losing composure. The finish is deep and persistent, returning to caramel, dried fruit and spice. Serve neat, over a large cube or in an Old Fashioned.
