French Rosé
Ripe strawberry and cranberry lead, with citrus zest, fresh flowers and a light peppery note adding lift. The palate is dry and light-bodied, carrying bright red fruit through clean acidity and a smooth, refreshing texture. A gentle spicy edge shapes the finish, making it well suited to grilled prawns, charcuterie, tomato salads or simple vegetable dishes.
Jaja de Jau 2024 Sauvignon Blanc
French White
White flowers and blackcurrant bud lead a very aromatic nose. Crisp, fresh and zesty, the palate carries a hint of honeyed grapefruit through a lively, long finish. Brief skin contact, regular lees stirring and three to four months in temperature-controlled stainless steel add definition without dulling the fruit. Serve with prawns, goat cheese, green herbs, ceviche or simply grilled white fish.
