Helix is a microbrewery in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts, Quebec, with a brewing history dating to 1998. Every beer is brewed from naturally gluten-free grains rather than conventional barley stripped of gluten after fermentation. Its recipes use grains such as millet, rice, corn and sorghum, with a range that includes blonde ale, IPA, Belgian white and red ale.
