H. P. Bulmer

A classic English cider built around bittersweet apples grown and pressed in Herefordshire. Light in body and golden in colour, it brings crisp apple flavour, refreshing dryness and a measured balance of acidity and softer fruit. The finish is clean and persistent without becoming heavy or overly sweet. Serve cold, over ice if preferred, with pork pies, fish and chips, sharp cheddar or savoury snacks.
