Deep amber in colour, with dark malt, caramel and a measured hop note on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, bringing toasted grain and rich caramel into balance with a crisp lager finish. It has more depth than a pale lager without becoming heavy or sweet. Serve cold with grilled steak, tacos al pastor, mole, roasted mushrooms or aged cheddar, where the malt character can meet savoury flavours comfortably.

Bright and crisp, with an orange-blossom honey aroma, a faint herbal note and a clean malt core. The palate is light yet flavourful, balancing gentle cereal sweetness with restrained hops before a dry, refreshing finish. Serve cold with tacos, grilled prawns, ceviche or charred corn; a wedge of lime is optional rather than necessary, as the beer’s own citrus lift is already nicely defined.
