Greywacke 2014 Pinot Noir
New Zealand Red
Black Doris plum, raspberry, black cherry and strawberry conserve lead a fragrant, generous Pinot Noir. Cinnamon and clove add savoury spice around a dense, lively palate. Fruit from Marlborough's Southern Valleys was hand-harvested, chilled and sorted, with partial whole-bunch fermentation before sixteen months in French oak. The finish is long and energetic, balancing ripe fruit with fine structure.
Greywacke 2024 Sauvignon Blanc
New Zealand White
Honeydew melon and orange blossom appear with herb-garden botanicals, juicy lemon, steely cassis, pastis and wildflowers. Fruit comes from Marlborough’s Southern Valleys and central Wairau Plains, across alluvial soils, greywacke river stones and clay loams. The juice is lightly pressed, cold-settled and fermented mainly in stainless steel with cultured yeast, then kept on lees until late June.
Greywacke 2022 Wild Sauvignon Blanc

Lychee, ripe mango and white flowers lead an intricate bouquet, with tarragon and thyme adding a distinctive herbal edge. The palate is broad and succulent, bringing gooseberry compote, citrus and a subtle saline note into focus. Bright acidity keeps the texture energetic, while savoury complexity and a fine mineral finish reward a slightly larger glass.
