Great Northern Distillery

Honeyed malt, citrus and ripe apple lead into toffee, vanilla and a touch of milk chocolate. The blend combines triple-distilled single malt with lighter grain whiskey, each rested for four years in first-fill bourbon casks before marrying. Smooth and balanced, it closes on toasted oak, white pepper and a final lift of citrus peel.
