Autumn leaves, cinnamon, cloves and red berries accompany pomegranate, blood orange and red cherry. Pinot Noir comes from vines more than forty years old rooted in red clay and silt. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast in tank. Maturation lasts eighteen months in older French oak, and the wine is bottled without fining or filtration.

Ripe red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry open the nose, joined by rose petal, subtle spice and a light forest-floor note. The palate is supple and finely textured, with fresh acidity and delicate, polished tannins keeping the generous fruit poised. Silky and expressive, it finishes smooth and refined. Pair with duck, roast chicken, mushrooms or herb-roasted pork.
