Browned butter and an earthy truffle note add savoury complexity, while the naturally firm Raboso acidity keeps the richness composed. The palate is moderately sweet rather than syrupy, finishing with a gentle bitter edge that brings freshness and length. Serve in a small glass after dinner, either at cool room temperature or lightly chilled, alongside dark chocolate or aged cheese.
