Fourth Wave Wine makes Farm Hand, an Australian range centred on organic farming. Since 2017, Fourth Wave has worked to source and convert vineyards in several regions to organic standards. For Farm Hand, that means close attention in the vineyard and careful harvest timing, with more hands-on work taking the place of some chemical inputs.

Citrus and nectarine lead, with ripe stone fruit and a subtle creamy note adding breadth. The palate is fruit-driven and polished, combining a rounded mid-palate with fresh acidity and a clean, dry finish. Balanced and versatile, it pairs naturally with grilled prawns, roast chicken, creamy vegetable dishes or simply prepared white fish.
