Espadín mezcal provides a gently smoky foundation for a layered mix of caramelized pineapple, ancho chilli, hibiscus and lavender. Cinnamon, clove and black pepper bring measured warmth and savoury lift, while the fruit keeps the palate rounded and bright. The result is aromatic, lightly sweet and softly spicy, with a lingering agave-led finish. Serve over ice with citrus, lengthen with soda, or use to add depth to a spritz.
