AboutDomaine La Grande Bauquière
Domaine La Grande Bauquière lies at the foot of Mont Sainte-Victoire, where its 80 hectares form a continuous vineyard landscape in the Côtes de Provence. Alain and Dorothée Salat bought the property in 2012, and Dorothée took the lead in 2020 with a programme of vineyard renewal and careful site study.
The vineyards lie on limestone, clay-sandstone and ancient alluvial soils, with cooling, drying winds from the Mistral. Each plot is tended and harvested separately. Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Rolle are vinified separately in tanks.
Fauvette 2025 Côtes de Provence Rosé
Pale lychee in colour, this rosé offers white flowers and exotic fruit. The palate is fresh and generous, with a complex aromatic range, balance and minerality. Cinsault and Grenache form the blend. The wine comes from Provence under the Côtes de Provence appellation and is bottled at twelve and a half percent alcohol. It can accompany aperitifs, grilled dishes or white meat.
