La Fiorita was founded in Montalcino in the early 1990s with a clear purpose: to pursue aromatic complexity and longevity through Sangiovese and the area’s varied terroirs. Natalie Oliveros joined in 2011 and now leads the estate. Under her stewardship, the estate expanded its vineyards and introduced organic farming. A two-level, gravity-fed cellar was completed for the 2019 harvest.

Italian Red
Mid ruby in colour, with floral lift, dark fruit and a touch of black pepper. Generous cherry jam and red currant fill the palate, held in shape by youthful, firm tannins. The fruit remains clear and balanced rather than heavy, with savoury detail emerging as the wine opens. The finish is long, structured and composed. Decant before serving with roast lamb, braised beef, porcini mushrooms or aged pecorino.
