Brilliant ruby in the glass, with ripe strawberry and raspberry framed by lightly smoked spice, anise, heather and white pepper. The palate is broad and structured, carrying generous red fruit through firm, youthful tannins and a long, composed finish. Decant before serving with grilled red meat, venison, wild boar or mature cheese.
