Eva Fricke

Eva Fricke came to wine from Bremen rather than through an inherited estate, then built her own Rheingau project from a tiny start in 2006. Her experience spans France, Australia, Italy and Spain, but Riesling from the Rheingau is the focus of her own estate.

Older, steep vineyards are worked by hand, with careful selection at harvest and gentle pressing in the cellar. Cellar intervention is kept light, and the Rieslings range from regional blends to village and single-vineyard wines.
