Eric Bordelet Sidre Nouvelle Vague 330ml
French Cider
A gently sparkling Normandy cider drawn from roughly twenty apple varieties, including a small proportion of fruit from the Argelette cuvee. The palate balances orchard sweetness with a dry, lightly bittersweet edge, while a subtle farmhouse character brings savoury depth without overwhelming the fruit. Fresh, softly textured and particularly versatile at the table, it suits roast pork, washed-rind cheese, savoury crepes or a simple charcuterie board.
