Ripe strawberry and dark cherry open with dried fig, mushroom and a cool menthol note. The palate is deep and firmly structured, its concentrated fruit framed by tight tannins and balsamic lift. Earthy detail builds with air while the fruit remains precise. The finish is long and linear, leaving dried berries, savoury spice and a clean mineral edge.

Floral perfume and ripe plum open with cherry, strawberry and darker fruit, followed by smoke, ash, crushed mineral, tobacco and tar. The palate is full and concentrated, yet fresh and agile, with bright acidity sharpening the dense fruit. Firm, finely structured tannins provide a serious frame. The finish is long and energetic, balancing creamy texture, mineral detail, dark fruit and measured spice.
