Cooked agave, mineral notes and fresh grass open the nose, followed by pear, lime and a light herbal edge. The palate is clean and savoury, with citrus brightness, gentle earthiness and black-pepper warmth balanced by a subtle sweetness. Made from Blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco’s Tequila Valley, it is fermented in stainless steel and distilled twice, preserving a direct agave character. The finish is fresh and lightly saline. Serve neat, in a Tommy’s Margarita or with soda and lime.
