At the heart of Domaine Saint-Patrice is a walled vineyard in the centre of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Guy and Jérôme Jullian bought the property in 2009 and began reviving it with Samuel Montgermont in 2014. The 1.8-hectare Clos Saint-Patrice belongs entirely to the domaine and is planted largely with old Grenache and Mourvèdre vines.
The vineyards are farmed according to organic principles, without chemical herbicides, and the grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. Traditional ploughing is part of the vineyard work, while the cellar approach includes whole-bunch fermentation and gentle handling of the grapes.

French Red
Black cherry, blackberry and violet open with generous aromatic depth, followed by licorice, warm spice and a faint savoury note. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, with ripe fruit held in shape by polished tannins and fresh mineral tension. Opulent yet composed, it finishes long and layered, with dark fruit and spice lingering.
