Anne-Marie and Dominique Piguet-Girardin created Domaine Piguet-Girardin in 1985 by bringing together vineyards from their respective families. The domaine is based in Auxey-Duresses and works a range of Côte de Beaune appellations through individually identified parcels. Their son Damien began taking greater responsibility and progressively assumed management from the end of 2016.

The holdings include both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir across village and premier-cru sites, with each wine retaining its appellation identity. The estate records about twelve hectares and eighteen appellations, figures treated as a producer snapshot rather than a permanent production guarantee. Piguet-Girardin’s present work remains tied to Auxey-Duresses and family parcels across the Côte de Beaune.

Domaine Piguet-Girardin 2022 Meursault

French White
$219.99

Ripe pear, white peach and yellow plum lead a generous, finely layered bouquet. White flowers, hazelnut and light toast add detail, while a discreet buttery note brings classic breadth. The palate is full and rounded without feeling heavy, its orchard fruit balanced by lively freshness and a limestone edge. Clean and persistent, it finishes with stone fruit, almond and quiet mineral tension.
