AboutDomaine Pattes Loup
Thomas Pico founded Domaine Pattes Loup at Courgis after returning to his family’s Chablis vineyards in 2004. He took responsibility for eight hectares in 2005, began converting them to organic farming and released the first Pattes Loup wines in 2006, with certification following in 2009. The domaine is centred on the left bank of the Serein, where the grapes are harvested by hand.
In the cellar, fermentation and ageing take place in a mix of neutral wood, concrete and stainless steel. The wines often spend a long time resting on their lees, the yeast sediment left after fermentation.

French White
Crisp green orchard fruit opens with white flowers, orange oil and a subtle almond-paste richness. The palate is satiny yet incisive, balancing ample fruit with a firm line of freshness. Chalky extract brings definition through the middle, keeping the texture precise rather than broad. The finish is long and distinctly saline, with citrus, orchard fruit and mineral detail lingering in balance.
