Domaine La Croix Belle is the Boyer family’s estate in Puissalicon, in the Languedoc. Jacques and Françoise Boyer took charge in 1977 and developed the property, with their sons Emmanuel and Benoît now involved in the family’s work.
Grapes are sorted by density in the winery. The cellar sits partly underground and uses passive temperature control, while bamboo plantings help treat the winery’s wastewater.

Blackberry leads with liquorice, coffee and a restrained mocha note. The palate is juicy and approachable, carrying dark fruit through a smooth, well-balanced frame. Silky tannins give the wine enough shape for the savoury accents to register without making it feel heavy. The finish remains supple and direct, leaving blackberry, coffee, liquorice and a smooth, balanced close.
