AboutDomaine Hudelot-Noëllat
Alain Hudelot founded Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat in 1962, building a family estate around vineyards across Burgundy’s northern Côte d’Or. His grandson Charles van Canneyt now directs the domaine, whose ten hectares span four villages and fifteen appellations.
Pinot Noir is the estate’s sole grape, and vineyard work is organized around observation of individual vines and the differences among sites. In the cellar, native yeasts and a low-intervention approach are used to preserve the character of each vineyard.

French Wine
Red cherry and black plum lead a fragrant bouquet, with raspberry, cassis and rose petals adding detail. The palate is supple and finely drawn, showing lively acidity beneath pure, gently ripe fruit. Silky tannins provide measured grip without interrupting the wine's light-footed feel. Lavender, mint and a trace of liquorice appear with air. The finish is fresh and persistent, carrying red fruit and delicate floral notes.

French Wine
Sweet berries, black cherry and plum are layered with confit orange, rose petal, bitter chocolate, woodsmoke and a light gamey note. The palate is ample and full-bodied, with precise fruit, ripe tannins and a firm line of acidity. Dark soil and measured oak add depth without blurring the finish. Give it air and serve with roast duck, venison or mushrooms.
