Domaine de la Sarazinière 2020 Les Devants Mâcon-Bussières Gamay
White pepper, dark spice, kirsch and dried herbs appear with smooth, integrated tannins and a long savoury finish. Gamay comes from a south-facing lieu-dit in Bussières on deep alkaline clay-limestone soils. The vines were planted between the 1930s and 1950s and are seventy to ninety years old. Fully destemmed fruit receives a long, cool maceration lasting nearly one month. Maturation lasts ten to twelve months in neutral oak barrels.
Domaine de la Sarazinière 2023 Mâcon-Bussières Claude Seigneuret
White peach and ripe apple lead, with citrus, white flowers and a chalky mineral note adding lift. The palate is rounded yet energetic, its old-vine concentration held in balance by bright acidity and a clean, saline finish. It suits grilled fish, roast chicken, creamy vegetable dishes or soft-ripened cheeses.
Domaine de la Sarazinière 2021 Mâcon-Bussières Le Pavillon
Bright citrus and white peach lead into crisp orchard fruit, with a fine mineral line giving the palate shape. There is a quiet generosity beneath the freshness, balanced by clean acidity and a lightly textured finish. Composed and versatile, it is well suited to roast chicken, firm white fish or creamy vegetable dishes.
