Domaine Courtault-Michelet is based in Lignorelles, northwest of Chablis. Jean-Claude Courtault founded the original domaine in 1984, and his daughter Stéphanie later developed a neighbouring project with her husband, Vincent Michelet. They took full responsibility for Domaine Courtault in 2019 and formally united the two operations as Domaine Courtault-Michelet in 2021.
The family farms about twenty-eight hectares, making wines from Petit Chablis through to grand cru, as well as red Bourgogne Épineuil.

Green apple and fresh citrus lead, with a light flinty note adding definition. The palate is clean, bright and tensile, favouring energy and precision over weight. Crisp orchard fruit carries into a dry, mineral finish, making this an especially refreshing expression for shellfish, simply prepared fish or a chilled aperitif.
