Black cherry and black olive lead, with oak, earth and leather completing the profile. Pinot Noir provides the varietal basis and Burgundy the regional setting. Dark fruit and savoury detail sit side by side, with cherry as the principal fruit note. Olive, leather, earth and oak provide the remaining character in this mature red Burgundy.
