Domaine Béatrice et Pascal Lambert

Deep purple in colour, the wine offers black-fruit liqueur, pepper, fern and graphite. Red and black fruit appear with a vegetal, spicy note, fine tannins, freshness and a delicate finish. Cabernet Franc provides the full composition. The vines grow on clay and flint soils across the Chinon plateau, and the vineyard is worked organically and biodynamically. Alcohol is thirteen percent.
