Dead Frog Brewery is the family-owned British Columbia brewery built and operated by Derrick and Donna Smith. It began as Backwoods Brewing in a small Aldergrove warehouse before taking the Dead Frog name. In 2018 the brewery moved into a larger Langley facility, with a tasting room and patio beside the working brewery. It brews in small batches in the Fraser Valley, leaving its beers unpasteurized and without added preservatives.

Amarillo, Azacca and Mosaic hops provide the aromatic focus, while wheat, flaked wheat and biscuit malt give the palate a soft, steady base.
