Sweet floral aromas open with riverside herbs, honey and vanilla. The palate is firm and rounded, led by malt with sandalwood and a measured thread of sweet smoke. Rich and complex without excessive weight, it gathers gentle sweetness as it develops. The finish is long, malt-driven and lightly smoky. Serve neat, over ice or with a small splash of water to open the aromatics.
