Fine bubbles carry apple, tropical-fruit and citrus aromas, with delicate white-flower notes and a fresh, bright palate. This alcohol-free sparkling wine is made from Airén, with alcohol gently removed under vacuum at low temperature to preserve its character. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or alongside seafood, fresh salads, grilled fish, vegetables, fruit-led dishes or light desserts.
