Cleto Chiarli

Deeply coloured and briskly sparkling, this dry Lambrusco combines ripe blackberry and raspberry with a vinous edge. The palate is rounded yet structured, carrying fine froth, fresh acidity and a clean, persistent finish. Made from Lambrusco Grasparossa grown at the Cialdini estate near Castelvetro, it suits pasta with meat sauce, charcuterie, fresh cheeses, pizza and other traditional dishes from Emilia.

Deep pink with a fine, lively mousse. Strawberry, raspberry and tart cherry lead, followed by mandarin and a subtle woodland note. The palate is dry and penetrating, its brisk acidity and mineral line balanced by a smooth, velvety texture. Red fruit stays vivid through the finish, which is clean, savoury and quietly persistent.
