Cheval Quancard

Citrus, apricot, flint and fine vanilla appear in the profile. The palate is round and silky, with intense fruit, measured oak and a fresh finish; these elements remain in balance. Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle form the dry white blend. Barrel ageing is part of the production, and forty-five thousand bottles were made. It can accompany scallop tartare.
