Château Roubine
Château Roubine
AboutChâteau Roubine
Château Roubine was once a Templar holding, transferred in 1307 to the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem. The château was recognised as a Côtes de Provence Cru Classé in 1955. Valérie Rousselle bought Roubine in 1994 and continues to lead the estate.
Across the 130-hectare property, seventy-two hectares are planted to vines on naturally drained clay-limestone enclosed by pine and oak woodland. Thirteen grape varieties are grown using organic and biodynamic methods.
Château Roubine 2022 La Vie en Rose Rosé
Ripe red berry fruit leads, with strawberry and raspberry tones joined by fragrant orange peel and a light floral lift. The palate is dry and softly rounded, while bright acidity keeps the fruit precise and refreshing. A clean, citrus-edged finish gives this poised rosé enough depth for the table.
