Château Roquefort

Elderflower, lemon balm, jasmine and white peach appear with a fresh, intense profile and typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas. Vines average twenty years old and grow organically on clay-limestone soils containing fossilised oyster beds. Winemaking includes protection of the harvested fruit from oxidation, skin maceration and low-temperature fermentation. Ageing takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. The wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.
