Château de Montfaucon

Plum skin and blackcurrant lead with dried flowers, rosemary and a cool mineral note. The palate is rich and rounded, with ripe dark fruit supported by fresh acidity and a solid savoury backbone. Coffee, hazelnut, smoke and restrained oak bring mature complexity to the long, composed finish.
